Toni Graham

Toni has been in the insurance industry since 1979. Until 1995, Toni worked primarily with forest products clients and honed her agency management skills. In 1996, she took a position as a risk manager for American Ecology Corporation and spent the next few years managing their insurance program. The opportunity to work as a risk manager gave her invaluable experience as the customer rather than the agent. This strengthened her resolve to return to the agency side of the business and offer superb customer service. When Toni was offered the position of agency manager at the new Associated Insurance Services in 2005, she enthusiastically accepted. | tonig@aisidaho.com
