Toni has been in the insurance industry since 1979. From 1979 until 1995 she worked at Blaine & Co., Inc primarily with their commercial forest products customers. She was a partner in the company when she left in 1995. Toni took a job as a risk manager for American Ecology Corporation in 1996 and spent the next few years managing their insurance program. The opportunity to work as a risk manager gave her a unique experience as she was the “customer” not the agent. This strengthened her resolve to return to the agency side of the business and offer superb customer service. When the Association asked her to start an insurance agency for them, she accepted the position and has been with Associated Insurance Services since 2005.

Clint brings a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge to AIS with a degree in insurance, experience as a commercial underwriter with a Fortune 500 company, and he has been assisting business owners with their insurance placement, claims management and risk control programs as an agent since 2000.
He has a working knowledge of the insurance market place and oversees accounts that are mid-to-large sized for AIS’s exclusive policyholder-owned Workers Compensation program and the insured’s P&C coverage lines for a number of different industries (i.e. construction, professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, towing and many more.)
Clint is very active in the community, serving on the boards with Drug Free Idaho, Exchange Club of Boise, Young Agents of Idaho and the Independent Insurance Agents of Idaho. Clint was recognized as one of the 2007 Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 recipients.

Becky is a Commercial Insurance Agent with experience in personal, bonds, life and health insurance. She is a native of Virginia and lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico as well. Over her 20 years in the industry she has received the following designations for excellence in insurance: CIC, CISR, CPSR, ACSR, and LUTCF.
Becky is a member of Kickstand and the Business Network International Group in Eagle, which have kept her very well connected in the community. Her specialties include, but aren’t limited to: all sizes of commercial businesses, personal auto & property, life, health, and providing the most personalized and individual service in the industry.

Bryan has been working in the insurance industry since 2006, and became a licensed agent in 2008. He has one year of experience working for an insurance company, and since then has been working for Associated Insurance. Property and Casualty insurance policies have been his area of focus. Bryan graduated from Boise State University in the spring of 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in General Business Management. Two honors received from BSU before graduating were the Cum Laude designation and an induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Fraternity. Bryan is a member of the Boise Chamber of Commerce and the Optimist Youth Football Program.

A native of Boise, Courtney graduated from Timberline High School in 2006 and (Albertson) College of Idaho in 2010 cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in International Political Economy. Courtney participated in track all four years of her college career as a sprinter, as well as managing a budget of $80,000 as a Student Events Coordinator, in which she organized and planned college events for the 2008-2009 school year. She also managed the student events calendar and club data an5d protocol for the 2009-2010 school year as a Student Activities Assistant. She has traveled through Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, & Nepal during 2010 for a study abroad trip focusing on Non-Governmental Organizations, religion, and political authority. During the summer after graduation, Courtney worked in Denali National Park as a research assistant aide for the Denali’s Backcountry Management Plan and The University of Alaska-Fairbanks.

Emily is delighted to bring her enthusiasm and passion for an exceptional customer experience to Associated Insurance Services. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Business Finance, Emily enjoyed a summer in San Francisco as a reinsurance broker intern before accepting a position as assistant risk manager for a four-season resort in Central Idaho. While reinvigorating the resort’s risk management program and growing relationships across departments, Emily’s dexterity lead her to the resort’s executive office where her hospitality talents were honed. As a student, Emily was Vice President of the Finance, Insurance & Real Estate Club and Chairman of the Students Book Corporation as well as a member of a winning Students in Free Enterprise case study team and one of eight students selected to represent the College of Business on an educational trip to New York City.

Originally from the Yakima Valley, Emily and her husband Dave relocated to Boise in 2012 to pursue her desire to join the dynamic and customer-driven team at AIS.

Dan was born in Lewiston, ID and graduated from Lewis Clark State College. He has 36 years of experience in the logging, road construction and equipment industries. Dan was the President of Musselman Rentals & Sales and Musselman Construction Company from 1984 to 1999. Since 2004 he has been the Projects and Safety Coordinator for the Associated Logging Contractors. In 2005 he became a licensed agent in Property and Casualty and began working with Associated Insurance in Coeur d’Alene as the primary producer for the logging program. He also has experience in writing insurance for industries including: construction, excavation and equipment dealers.

Jan was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho where she had seven years of experience in personal lines insurance before moving to Hawaii and then Arizona. In Arizona she was a human resource manager for a large floral retailer for eight years, and then decided to move back to Idaho. She has been a valued employee of Associated Insurance Services since 2006 working out of the office in Coeur d’Alene. Servicing any range of commercial accounts has become her primary focus, but she has experience in all lines. Jan received her license for Property and Casualty Insurance in 2008.
