Toni has been in the insurance industry since 1979. Until 1995, Toni specialized in insurance for the forest products industry. In 1996, she took a position as a risk manager for American Ecology Corporation and managed their insurance program. This experience strengthened her resolve to return to the agency side of the business and offer superb customer service. Toni was honored to become agency manager at the new Associated Insurance Services in 2005.
Dan was born in Lewiston, ID and graduated from Lewis Clark State College. He has 40 years of experience in the logging, road construction and equipment industries. Dan was the President of Musselman Rentals & Sales and Musselman Construction Company from 1984 to 1999. From 2004 to 2012, he was the Projects and Safety Coordinator for the Associated Logging Contractors. In 2005 he became a licensed Property & Casualty agent and began working with Associated Insurance Services in Coeur d’Alene as the primary producer for the logging program. He also has experience with insurance for construction, excavation, equipment dealers and other industries.
Clint brings a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge to AIS with a degree in insurance, tenure as a commercial underwriter with a Fortune 500 company, and experience assisting business owners with their insurance placement, claims management and risk control programs as an agent since 2000. Clint has in-depth knowledge of the insurance marketplace and oversees medium to large accounts for AIS’s exclusive policyholder-owned workers’ compensation program as well as specializes in property and casualty coverage for a wide range of industries. Clint serves on the boards of Drug Free Idaho, Exchange Club of Boise, and the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho. Clint was honored in 2015 as Agent of the Year and in 2013 as Young Agent of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho. In 2007, he was recognized in Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 publication.
Bryan has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and became a licensed agent in 2008. He spent his early career working for a property and casualty company in Seattle and today is a producer specializing in the forest products industry. Bryan graduated cum laude from Boise State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma international business fraternity. Bryan coached in the Optimist Youth Football Program and is an active contributor in community events.
A 2007 graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Finance, Emily spent a summer in San Francisco as a reinsurance broker intern before becoming assistant risk manager at Sun Valley Resort in 2008. She joined Associated Insurance Services in 2012. Emily earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2014. She served as Young Agents Committee Chair for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Idaho from 2014-2017 and is an active member of Boise Young Professionals (BYP).
Kyle brings over 20 years of insurance experience to AIS. Kyle started his career as a loss control representative, which put his degree in Occupational Safety & Health to use. As he evaluated, designed and implemented safety programs for businesses, Kyle helped his clients reduce their insurance expenses. Later, he worked as an underwriter for a Fortune 500 company, learning policy coverage in depth and the rating processes insurance carriers use to determine premium for individual businesses. Now, as a Sales Executive, Kyle utilizes his broad expertise to help businesses get the coverage they need at the best possible value. Kyle is a member of Leadership Idaho Agriculture and Southwest Rotary Club of Boise. His hobbies include coaching his daughter in basketball and softball, hunting, fishing, mountain biking and skiing.
Harrison was born in South Carolina and raised in Baker City, Oregon, but really found his home when he moved to Boise to attend Boise State University. While at Boise State, he played lacrosse for the men’s club team, and has still never missed watching a home game on the blue turf. Upon graduation, Harrison worked with a local recruiting agency for 3.5 years before making the transition into the insurance world. Harrison and his wife Courtney are constantly entertained by their baby boy Sonny and love everything Idaho has to offer, especially spending time at their cabin in North Idaho.
A native of Boise, Courtney graduated cum laude from The College of Idaho in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in International Political Economy. During college Courtney was a sprinter for the track team, served as a Student Events Coordinator, and traveled through Southeast Asia while studying abroad. The summer after graduation Courtney worked in Denali National Park as a research assistant aide. Courtney joined the AIS team in 2010 as an Account Manager and attained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2012. Traveling is one of Courtney’s greatest passions. She has visited Spain, Ireland, Belize, Mexico and Costa Rica just in the past few years.
Raised in eastern Oregon, Jordan graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in social science and a minor in business. As a senior in college, she studied Spanish for four months in Argentina. Jordan spent her summers during college as a firefighter for the Bureau of Land Management out of Vale, Oregon. She joined the AIS team in 2013 and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2017. Jordan’s passions include rooting for the Ducks, discovering new craft breweries, and her rescue dog, Mona.
Jan was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho where she had seven years of experience in personal lines insurance before moving to Hawaii and later Arizona. In Arizona she was human resources manager for a large floral retailer for eight years before moving home to Idaho. She has been a valued employee of Associated Insurance Services since 2006. Servicing forest products commercial accounts has become her primary focus but she has experience in all lines. Jan received her Property & Casualty insurance producer license in 2008.
Cathy has been in the insurance industry since 1994. She was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, where she had 20 years of experience in personal lines insurance before moving to Boise. She joined the AIS team in 2015 and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2017. Cathy’s hobbies include spending time with her family, mountain biking, gardening and fishing.
Raised in Meridian, Idaho, Amy graduated from Boise State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Administrative Office Technology. She is an alumna of the Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity and remains active in the local chapter as an advisor. Amy spent five years as a customer service representative with Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance in Eagle. She joined the AIS team in 2015. Amy enjoys reading, crafting and traveling. Ireland and England are at the top of her bucket list.
Caitlyn was born and raised in northern California until she moved to Boise with her family in 2006. In 2010, she began working part-time for AIS as a junior in high school. She continued with AIS while she attended Boise State University. Caitlyn graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2016 with a degree in general business. Her hobbies include swimming, reading, traveling and photography. Caitlyn went to Europe with her high school photography class and she hopes to return to Ireland soon.
Born and raised in Meridian, Kari graduated from Boise State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in mathematics. Kari joined the AIS team in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. Her hobbies include coaching and playing soccer, hiking, exploring, and traveling with her rescue dog, Bear. Kari has been to Australia and New Zealand and plans to visit Europe in the near future.
Heather was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and obtained her Associates degree from Casper College. In the fall of 2014, Heather and her family relocated to Boise. Heather completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Boise State University in the spring of 2018. One of Heather’s favorite features of the Treasure Valley is the welcoming, family-friendly community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the foothills and skiing with her husband and two boys.
